Website enquiries allow us to check your preferred accommodation and dates and provide you final booking details
Your reservation is confirmed once we have confirmed the accommodation and dates in writing and received the required deposit.
You may enquire for the entire residence or one or two private rooms.If you require all three bedrooms, please select the entire residence.
The balance is due on the date stated in our confirmation.
The cancellation terms applicable to your stay will be provided with your quotation before you make any payment.
Any deposit refund will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms stated in your booking confirmation
Applies to private-room stays, your bedroom and designated bathroom are exclusively yours, while common areas may be shared with guests staying in the other rooms.
Yor bedroom and designated bathroom are private to you.The living & dining areas, kitchen. study/workspace, reading corner, workspace, kids' activity corner, laundry, courtyard, garden and parking are shared common areas during private room stays.
Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am . Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours particularly in shared areas.
Visitors who are not included in the booking require prior approval and are not permitted in guest bedroom without permission. Overnight visitors are not permitted unless they have been added to the booking and approved in advance.
Please leave the shared kitchen and laundry areas clean and tidy after use. During private room stays, please use your allocated refrigerator space & label personal food items where requested
Please ensure the entrance and your bedroom whenever you leave the property. Keys and other security information must not be shared with anyone outside your booking
Please treat other guests, their belongings and their privacy with the same respect you would want.
Smoke-free property Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside or outside the property.
Parties or events Celebrations, functions and large gatherings are not permitted.
Pet-free home Pets are not permitted, helping us protect guests with allergies
Quiet hours Please keep noise low between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, especially outdoors, on balconies and when arriving or leaving. Particularly in shared areas
No open flames Candles, incense and other open flames are not permitted.
Damage and breakages Accidental damage can happen. Please report any breakage, damage, malfunction or missing item to the Guest Relations Manager as soon as possible so that it can be assessed and resolved promptly

Yes. You can enquire for one or two Private Rooms. Each room has its own designated private bathroom — the Willow Master Suite and Lotus Ensuite Room have ensuite bathrooms, while the Garden Level Room has a dedicated private bathroom just a few steps away. Common living spaces and facilities are shared during Private Room stays.
Please choose the Entire Residence. An Entire Residence stay gives your group exclusive use of all three bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas for the duration of your stay.
Yes. Select “Any available room — no preference” when sending your enquiry, and we'll advise which room is available for your dates
We'll usually respond within a few hours to confirm availability, your total rate and booking details. Your reservation is secured once we confirm your stay and receive the required deposit.
payment is made by bank transfer. Once we confirm availability and your booking details, we’ll send you the bank transfer instructions together with the amount required to secure your stay. Your reservation will be confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Any remaining balance and its due date will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.
